SundaySandlot, LLC Player Liability Waiver and Media Release Agreement

Before you complete your registration for SundaySandlot, LLC League and Tournament, you are required to read, understand, and agree to the following waiver. By proceeding with the registration, you are acknowledging your understanding and agreement to the terms outlined below.
1. Voluntary Participation
You understand and confirm that your participation in the SundaySandlot, LLC League and Tournament is voluntary. You acknowledge that you are not being compelled to participate and may choose not to play at any point.
2. Acknowledgement of Risks
As a participant in softball activities, you understand and acknowledge that this sport carries inherent risks, which may result in various types of injury. These risks may be compounded by field conditions.
3. Assumption of Risks
By participating in SundaySandlot, LLC, you knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for your participation.
4. Release and Waiver of Liability
You release, indemnify, and hold harmless SundaySandlot, LLC, its officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event, with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property associated with your presence or participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Field Conditions
You understand and agree that SundaySandlot, LLC is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of field conditions, including, but not limited to, uneven surfaces, holes, or other irregularities.
6. Medical Expenses
SundaySandlot, LLC is not responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of your participation in the league. You are encouraged to maintain personal health insurance.
7. Legal Actions Against SundaySandlot, LLC Staff
You agree not to initiate any legal proceedings against any staff member, officer, or agent of SundaySandlot, LLC in relation to any incidents or injuries that occur during league play.
8. Media Release
You grant SundaySandlot, LLC, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs and videos of you in connection with league activities. You authorize SundaySandlot, LLC, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SundaySandlot, LLC and its representatives from and against any and all losses, claims, damages, costs, and expenses that may arise in connection with your participation in the league.
10. Acknowledgement of Understanding
You affirm that you have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. You understand that you are relinquishing substantial rights, including the right to sue. You acknowledge that you are agreeing to this waiver freely and voluntarily, with full knowledge of its significance.

By completing your registration for the SundaySandlot, LLC League and Tournament, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this waiver.
